Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your HexClad items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
